Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations (only):

- Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

- Self Parking: An access key is provided at check-in. One parking stall is available for studios and one-bedroom Vacation Homes, and two stalls for two-bedroom Vacation Homes. Requests for an additional parking stall during your stay can be offered based on the maximum capacity of our parking lot and for an additional charge of 20$+ tax / night. Please note - underground parking lots have a height restriction of 6’10". There is no on-site parking for oversized vehicles. Any off-site parking is the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle. - Bicycles, Snowboards and Skis are not allowed in the Vacation Homes. Member Reception will provide you with directions to your own secure ski lockers and to the Resort’s bike storage.

- Please note: For the safety and security of all guests, photo identification (government issued that matches guest name) and a credit card for preauthorization ($200 CAD) are required as part of the check in process. Debit cards (even Mastercard or Visa) and cash are not currently accepted. A Daily Resort Charge of $25 CAD includes activities (seasonal), arcade/game room, BBQ grill(s), bike storage, board game rentals, DVD rentals, fitness center, basic guest internet access, DVD rentals, self-parking for one car, chromecasting service, movie theater, ski and bike storage, arcade room, board game rentals, seasonal drink in the lobby and PressReader access.

Member Points Booking:

- Photo Identification and credit card for security deposit will need to be provided at check-in. Resort fees will be waived when staying on your member point reservations. A Daily Resort Charge of $25 CAD plus tax will be added to the reservation if the member of Embarc™ is checking in on a rental reservation.

Smoking Policy: All suites, vacation homes, balconies and patios are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside and the suite or vacation home.

Day Use

Facilities are available for day use purchase. If you are not staying at the resort, but are interested in using the facilities, please contact Reception the morning of the day you would like to request use. If available and after paying the current day use fee, you and up to three others may take advantage of the common area facilities for the day. Reception will provide you with the current day use fee. Day use is subject to availability and based upon management's discretion. This privilege is for Embarc members only.

Drone Rules

As per Transport Canada and FAA regulations, and to protect the safety and privacy of our members, owners, guests and team members, the operation of unmanned aerial systems and/or drones is prohibited by the general public, including recreational users and hobbyists. These devices may not be launched or operated from this property. If launched from outside of the resort property, the devices are prohibited from flying over and/or into the resort property boundaries. Transport Canada Regulations: Drones are prohibited from flying closer than 30 meters from people, animals, buildings, structures, or vehicles if they weigh over 250g up to 1kg and 76 meters if they weigh over 1kg up to 35kg. FAA Regulations: Any authorized operation of drones must be in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules and regulations, local law enforcement, and US Forest Service rules, as well as those policies separately established by the Resort. These authorizations, regulations and rules generally require an application to the FAA, certification, training, various restrictions, safety and national security clearances, and a specific limited purpose, as well as insurance coverage, indemnification requirements, and waivers and releases of liability.
