Coronavirus (Covid-19): Important Resort Specific Information

Coronavirus (Covid-19): Mandatory Proof of Negative Test Result Required for All Travellers to Canary Islands After November 15, 2020

From November 15, 2020, it will be mandatory for all travellers arriving in the Canary Islands to provide proof of a Covid-19 negative test result taken a maximum of 72 hours prior to arrival. For further details please read this important information before you travel.

Maintenance works and flooring repairs 19/04/2021 – 31/05/2021
In order to continue to maintain and improve the resort, please note that we will be carrying out essential repairs and re-flooring in the corridor behind one of the Apartment blocks during the aforementioned dates. Works will take place from 10:00 h – 18:00h between Monday and Friday. Building materials may be visible during this time and there will be some noise as a result of these works. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, however we are sure you will appreciate that it is essential to continue to maintain and enhance the facilities in the Resort.

Refurbishments throughout 2021
Please be advised that we will be refurbishing apartments throughout the 2021. Construction materials may be visible during this time and there may be some noise from these works between the hours of 10am and 6pm. Rest assured that we will keep any disruption to a minimum. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and thank you for your co-operation.

Partial Refurbishment of 22 Aparments
In order to continue improving and maintaining the Resort, please be advised that we will be carrying out partial refurbishments of 22 Apartments during 2022. Works are currently scheduled to start on the 22nd of April 2022 until 27th July 2022. Construction materials may be visible during this time and there may be some noise from these works between the hours of 10am and 6pm. Rest assured that we try our best to keep any disruption to a minimum. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and thank you for your co-operation.

Installation of Elevator 14 September-14 November
In line with our commitment to continually improve the resort, we will be installing a new elevator with works set to take place from 14th of September until approximately the 14th of November. There will be some noise for the duration of the project and tools and equipment may be visible during this time. We apologise for any disturbance that this may cause and thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
