Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a Daily Resort Charge of $40 plus tax will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).
- A Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Basic guest internet; sport equipment; PressReader access; daily coffee and tea in lobby; self-parking; DVD, board game, cards & puzzles rentals; up to 15% off-property dining & attraction disc; Zoo tickets disc; movie theater access.
- Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Owner Weeks and Member Points Booking:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card will also be required as a security deposit (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). The Daily Resort Charge will be waived when staying on your member point reservations. A Daily Resort Charge of $40 plus tax will be added to the reservation if the member of Embarc™ is checking in on a rental reservation.

All Guests

- The resort offers several additional in-room amenities to improve your vacation experience. For a complete list of these additional amenities that can be provided in your vacation home, please contact the Front Desk.
- Front desk now operates 24 hours a day.

Smoking Policy: All suites, vacation homes, balconies and patios are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside and the suite or vacation home.

Day Use

Facilities are available for day use purchase. If you are not staying at the resort, but are interested in using the facilities, please contact Reception the morning of the day you would like to request use. If available and after paying the current day use fee, you and up to five others may take advantage of the common area facilities for the day. Reception will provide you with the current day use fee. Day use is subject to availability and based upon management's discretion. This privilege is for Embarc members only.
