    • Hospitality Pack: For €18 you can order a food delivery consisting of 1 litre milk, 1 litre orange juice, 1 litre mineral water, 1 pack of cereal, a loaf of bread, a pack of butter, a jar of jam, a dozen eggs and a packet of Bulgarian cheese. This will be awaiting your arrival (please pay at reception).
  • You Need To Know
    • At Check-In:
      Please provide your confirmation letter and identification/passport at check-in.
      Daytime shuttle buses run to Bansko, the Lidl supermarket and Razlog and Pirin golf courses.
      Golf can be booked at reception.
      Car hire is recommended although it is not essential.
      Transfers from Sofia airport can be arranged as follows: 1-4 passengers €110 one way or €195 return. 5-8 passengers €130 one way or €240 return.
