    • At Check In:

      - Photo identification and a major credit card deposit of $200 is required (no cash will be accepted) for all reservation types. Please note all exchange and hotel guest reservations (including owner and member rental) will include a nightly $12 + tax resort charge. The resort charge is complimentary for all week owners and member point bookings. Daily resort charge will be added to the room rate and includes: guest internet access; sports equipment: volleyball, horseshoes, tennis, shuffleboard; access to marina fishing dock; DVD rental; book exchange; game room; mini-golf; self-parking for one car.
      - A resort charge of $12 plus tax per night will be added to the reservation if the owner or member of THE Club® is checking in on a rental reservation.
      - Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations (only): Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

    • Prior to checking in:

      - Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
      - Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for room location and early arrivals but these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location. Minimum age requirement for check in is 18 years of age.
      - Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
      - Please note that none of our studio accommodations are handicap accessible.
      - Elevators are based upon availability.
      - Limited entry level accommodations.
      - 24-hour front desk and security.
      - Upon arrival each accommodation is provided with a first-day starter pack of coffee, creamer, etc. Additional packs may be purchased at the front desk reception.
      - Marina hours are 8 am – 5 pm, 7 days/week.
