Renovations 15 April 2024 through 27 June 2024
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance and maintain Royal Sunset Beach Club, renovations are scheduled from 15 April 2024 through 27 June 2024. Beginning 15 April 2024 until 28 April 2024, we will be replacing the flooring, drainage and damp proofing located in the corridor outside of apartments 96–107. In addition, select apartments in the same area will be refurbished throughout the project duration. Renovations will take place between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday–Saturday, and on-site Owners, Club Members and Guests may experience noise related to the work being performed, with the possibility of tools and equipment being visible. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we thank you for your cooperation.

Important Travel Alert: ETIAS Travel Authorization

In mid-2025, travelers to Europe will be required to apply for and obtain travel authorization through the EU Travel Information & Authorization System (ETIAS). Although an official launch date has yet to be announced, please visit the official ETIAS webpage for more details, including a list of participating countries.

CONSTRUCTION ALERT / ALERTA DE CONSTRUCCIÓN

As part of our efforts to enhance and maintain Royal Sunset Beach Club, refurbishment of select Apartments and corridor renovations outside of Apartments 96-100 are anticipated to take place starting 21 April through 15 July 2025. During this time, increased noise levels associated with construction may occur but will be limited to Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thank you for your understanding.

Como parte de nuestros esfuerzos por mejorar y mantener Royal Sunset Beach Club, se prevé que se lleven a cabo reformas en algunos apartamentos y en el pasillo exterior de los apartamentos 96-100 a partir del 21 de abril y hasta el 15 de julio de 2025.
