Starting October 4 through November 8 - Gold Elevator is closed for mechanical upgrade. Alternate route will be provided upon your arrival.

Please note the property will perform an extensive renovations and redesign of the Vacation Homes. Therefore certain parts of the property will be undergoing renovations during the following periods: January 10th 2022 to November 18th 2022. Members and guests might experience noise during working hours from 8am to 6pm. Also, please note that there will be some heavy drilling and jackhammering which will occur between 10am and 5pm on certain days of the renovation project.

POOL RESTRICTION: Mountain Beach Pool and Mountain Retreat have a new capacity limit of 50 guests on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS without registration required. The safety and the well-being of our members and team members are our first priority. A new procedure will be in place for all our members and guests to enjoy the pool facility safely and to ensure the implementation of our new physical distancing measures. DAY USE Currently Not Available Please be advised that due to the limited capacity of the facilities in Embarc Whistler DAY USE is currently not available at this time. This also to ensure that our in-house members/guests has priority to utilize our facilities.

The British Columbia Government announced today that beginning on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, British Columbia will take the next step in safely bringing people back together, transitioning into Step 2 of BC’s Restart plan, including lifting restrictions on travel within B.C. In an effort to insure everyone’s safety, we want to remind all Members and guests of the importance of wearing face coverings while vacationing at our Resorts. We are requiring face coverings to be worn when in public areas of our Resort. Public area will include, Lobby, hallways, Library, Fitness center, Out of boundz game room and laundry area. The Mountain Beach family environment, including pool, water slide, hot tub, BBQ s, and change rooms will be closed due to maintenance from April 19th, 2021 to May 14th, 2021 reopening on May 15th . During the closure, all Members and Guests staying are may use the pool and hot tub in the Mountain Retreat environment

The Mountain Retreat adult environment pool, hot tubs and steam room will be closed for maintenance May 25th , 2021 thru June 4th , 2021, reopening on June 5th. Please note that the Mountain Beach family environment pool and hot tub will remain open and accessible to all Members.
