To access the valet & taxi services: This is located at the South Tower roundabout (1088 Burrard St.) and may be accessed from Helmcken St. (between Hornby St. and Burrard St.) or from Burrard St. (close to Helmcken St.). To access the self-parking in the North Tower: 1001 Hornby St. (between Nelson St. and Helmcken St.). Follow the Sheraton Wall Centre & the Public Parking signs. Note that Hornby is a one-way street heading northbound. There is no designated Embarc Parking within the lot, you may park where you wish (P1, P2 or P3). When you check-in with the Sheraton Front Desk, please be sure to have your license plate information handy. In order to receive the Embarc discount, you must advise them that you have parked in the lot, they will apply the discounted rate and provide you with a parking key card. The parking charges will appear on your Sheraton incidentals account and charged to the credit card provided upon check-in.


Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.


Discounted parking rates will be available to Members at $28.70 per night for self-parking and $31.50 per night for Valet parking plus 24% Translink City Tax & 5% GST.


For the safety and security of all guests, photo identification (government issued that matches guest name) and a credit card for per-authorization ($200 CAD) are required as part of the check in process. Debit cards (even MasterCard or Visa) and cash are not currently accepted. If one of these two requirements cannot be completed please contact your Member Experience Team (+1-604-893-7444) at least 72 hours prior to check in to submit your guest name or a third party credit card authorization. Guests not complying with these two requirements will be refused check in.


(Covid-19) Measures: Temporary Facility Closures and Limited Services - Please also be aware that in order to comply with social distancing guidance, there will be no mid-stay cleans nor valet parking available until further notice. In addition there will be no complimentary coffee/tea and newspapers available in the Member’s Lounge. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Masks are required in all public areas including the Member’s Lounge.


Please contact the resort if names are changed on reservations within a week of check-in.


Access to the Member Lounge is provided for Members with reservations at this resort. For those without a reservation, day access is based on availability and must be requested in advance. Availability will be determined by Embarc Management. Access without prior authorization will be declined Please contact 1.604.893.7444 for details.


No animals, except certified medical assistance, signal and service animal may be brought onto the resort with proper certification that falls under the British Columbia’s Guide Dog and Service Dog Act. If your dog is an ‘emotional support dog' or 'therapy dog’ this does not fall under the BC’s Guide Dog and Service Dog Act. This means you may be refused at check-in. To avoid any offense or stress make sure prior to arrival that all documentation is in accordance with the BC’s Guide Dog and Service Dog Act as certification will be asked upon check-in.
