PLEASE NOTE: Through Forton village there is a road closure with no information for how long this will be in place. As a result please follow diversions to Cockerham road leading to Lancaster that passes Thurnham Hall on the A588. Alternative routes are also available.

**PLEASE NOTE** There will be renovation & refurbishment work being undertaken to accommodation, including improving some utilities. Disruption/disturbance is expected to be minimal although some noise may be experienced and construction equipment & materials may be visible during this time.

Please note that private functions such as weddings and private parties are held on site, and while the resort tries to ensure minimal disruption is caused we ask guests to be aware of this prior to arrival.
