Refurbishment projects will begin in April 2022 and will continue through July 2022. As part of our continuing efforts to maintain and enhance the resort, we would like to inform you that construction noise may be considerable during this refurbishment programme. We will make every effort to keep the common areas clean and minimise service disruptions during this time. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you and thank you for your kind understanding.


Due to ongoing operational issues being experienced by the present food and beverage operator, only the pool bar is currently open for food and drinks onsite. However there are a number of bars/restaurant within easy walking distance of the resort. We hope to be in a position to increase facilities very soon.


Government regulations on COVID-19 change frequently. Before you travel, you need to ensure you have checked and understood the relevant regulations applicable to you, your location, your destination and the number of guests in your travelling party. It is your responsibility to comply with such regulations including any quarantine or travel restrictions.


**PLEASE NOTE** As part of Diamond Resorts International's ongoing resort refurbishment and facility improvement programme, this resort is scheduled to be refurbishing the interiors of 250 apartments and communal areas over time. It may be that construction vehicles, a certain amount of noise and disturbance is experienced from time to time, although the resort operations team will do everything they can to minimise any disruption.


Limited car parking is available onsite and upon request only. Parking charges apply.


Local rubbish & waste collection can take place any time from 02:00 and may cause some disturbance on such days.


Check out time is strictly as stated regardless of the time of your return flight home. Some courtesy facilities may be available for your use if necessary - please clarify with the resort during your stay.
