FORMULA 1 EVENT UPDATES: Las Vegas is hosting the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX event this November. The Strip and its surrounding area will serve as part of the racetrack, which means road work and construction are underway in preparation for the event. Guests will experience road detours, construction sights and noise starting in Spring 2023 until after the event concludes. Additionally, there will be road closures on November 16-18 from 5 p.m.–2 a.m. while the race takes place, which will affect your arrival experience at this resort. Polo Towers Pool will be closed from January 2 through March 16, 2024.

Construction work has begun to transform the previously known Hawaiian Market Place near Polo Towers into a shopping and dining facility. Signs have been posted to direct arrivals through the new temporary entrance into the property from Las Vegas Boulevard — and Guests will likely experience sights and sounds from the construction. Please be mindful of these upcoming interruptions that may impact your experience at the resort: - Starting in early September, work will begin on the steel structure, and noise may increase from the nearby construction site. - On September 19, our water supply will be shut off for approximately 6 hours from 11 a.m.–5 p.m. due to the nearby construction project. This will affect the resort for just one day. - In November, the northeast parking lot will be closed, and parking on-site will be limited to valet only.

PARKING ALERT: As of November 1, 2023, self-parking is no longer available on-site due to construction. Valet parking is available, and reservations are recommended. Nearby self-parking is available at the Showcase Mall and Miracle Mile Parking Garage which are approximately an 8-minute walk from Polo Towers. Please note that oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated by valet or in the nearby self-parking options. In addition, temporary access to Polo Towers from Las Vegas Boulevard is currently located between Target and Walgreens.

Beginning on November 1, 2021, when parked in the northwest surface parking lot located off Harmon Road there will be a parking fee charge. Polo Towers’ on-site, underground parking is available for valet parking only at a daily rate of $20, on a first-come, first-served basis. There are also several paid self-parking options around the resort.
