Due to staffing shortages, Panorama Resort and by extension Embarc Panorama front desk and main switchboard hours are being reduced starting on Sunday, July 25. From that time, the Central Check In facility will be open from 10am to 10pm daily. Guests and Members calling before 10 am can leave a message and these will be checked by housekeeping from 8am to 10 am. There will be a key drop off box outside the door. Guests and Members arriving after 10pm can phone the Security number and someone will meet them to provide access to their vacation home. The phone number is posted at the entrance


Beginning September 5, 2021 the front desk will be reducing its hours to be only daily 10am to 8pm. A contact phone number for security will be posted on the door after close. Guests arriving after 8 can call it and someone will meet them to do their check in. This also includes the main resort switchboard. Messages can be left and will be returned the next morning.


Masks are mandatory in all indoor public places. Indoor gatherings are restricted to 5 additional people to the household. For a vacation rental, the registered guests can have up to 4 other people or one household as their guests. These new restrictions are in place until the end of September but could be extended based on vaccination rates and case counts.


The British Columbia Government announced that the province is in Step 3 of the Covid reopenning plan. There are no travel restrictions within BC or into BC from other parts of Canada. Masks are recommended for people who are not completely vaccinated. There are no restrictions on personal outdoor or indoor gatherings.
