Effective March 1, 2019, Palm Canyon Resort & Spa will be removing the pool towels from the activity desk. We strongly advise all members utilizing the Day Use benefit to bring your own pool towels. You may purchase a decorative souvenir pool towels from the activity desk.

Palm Canyon Resort’s pools/slides and hot tubs will be closed from January 10, 2022 through January 18, 2022. We have several projects that will be in motion during that week which include the following: • Draining main pool for the purpose of acid washing • Changing sand filters for slide pool • Demolition and installation of new walk-in refrigerator • Deck repairs

The Kitchen and Restaurant will also be closed January 10-14th and Canyon Spa will be closed January 10-12th.

As of 12pm on Friday, October 23, 2020, we must fully close the following areas for a minimum of three weeks: Fitness Center, Basketball Court, Spa, Sauna,Hot tubs, Water Slides. Splash’s is open, however alcohol can only be served with a purchase of a meal in the same transaction. Absolutely no open tabs can occur. The swimming pools also remain open, however face coverings must be worn by our guests at all times unless sunbathing in their chair/chaise, sitting or eating in a chair, and while in a swimming pool. Traveling around the pool deck as well as around the property requires wearing a face mask.

The following resort amenities are currently unavailable due to county restrictions: restaurant, basketball court, fitness center, slides and hot tubs. The swimming pools and the Spa remain open.
