**PLEASE NOTE** If your check in is on a non-standard check in day (ie not on a Saturday or Sunday) you may be required to move units during your stay due to existing fixed week occupancy rights. For further information please contact the resort directly.


The resort may impose extra charges should you require or request additional housekeeping services, i.e. cleaning and towel changes etc.


The majority of the units (with the exception of the 1 bedroom wheelchair accessible lodge) are duplex (on 2 levels). Pathways and access within the resort parameter can be difficult to negotiate due to the finish and gravel based walkways.


Reception is open from 8am-10pm. Guests arriving outside these hours should make themselves known to the night team by pressing the doorbell.


Dogs are permitted for Diamond Resorts members up to a maximum of 2 dogs; a charge per animal will apply. Please advise the resort prior to arrival should you be intending to bring a dog. Guests have to agree to the resort's Dog Owner Code of Conduct - copy of which can be forwarded upon request. This has to be signed before any accommodation is allocated ie upon check in.


PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SWIM CAPS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR HYGIENE REASONS WHEN USING OUR INDOOR POOL
