Please be informed that we are improving and upgrading our Internet facilities throughout the Resort, by installing Fibre Optic (Gpon). These works are scheduled to take place from the 1st of August 2020 until the 18th September 2020. Whilst we will endeavour to keep any disruption to a minimum, please note, that there will be Technicians onsite carrying out these works. As a result we may need to request access to apartments in order to complete installation. Working hours will be between the hours of 10am until 7pm from Monday to Saturday. Government regulations on COVID-19 change frequently. Before you travel, you need to ensure you have checked and understood the relevant regulations applicable to you, your location, your destination and the number of guests in your travelling party. It is your responsibility to comply with such regulations including any quarantine or travel restrictions.

Refurbish the entrance to two bedroom apartments (22nd of February – 28th of March 2021) As per the annual refurbishment guidelines and with the aim of improving your holiday experience year after year please note that there will be refurbishment work ongoing in some of our two bedroom apartments. We anticipate that some noise will be experienced while the work takes place between 10am and 6pm from Monday to Saturday from late February to late March 2021. Materials and equipment may be visible around the resort. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your support and understanding.

Please Note-As per the annual maintenance weeks, work will be carried out all year long from 10 am-5:30 pm Mon-Sat. Construction materials will be visible in all areas of the resort though disruption and disturbance is expected to be minimal although some noise may be experienced. This resort is approximately 20-25 minutes walk from the village of Playa Blanca. Car hire is strongly recommended as local amenities are not within easy walking distance & public transport is limited. There is a taxi rank in front of the resort.

There are no organised children's activities nor specific childcare facilities.

There is no grocery store/minimarket on site however limited provisions can be purchased from the restaurant ie water. The nearest store is within easy walking distance (approximately 5 mins) of the resort.
