Please be advised that the activities center/activities program is closed until further notice. Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are open along with our public beach/beach access, game-room, fitness center and business center. The Tiki Bar is open daily from 9-5pm seven days a week.


Beginning September 2021, we will be beginning construction work on ADA upgrades and suite renovations. There may be periods of noise which may disturb guests between the hours of 10am-6pm each day.


Beginning in mid-February and continuing through June, the Daytona Beach Regency will be performing Garage Maintenance. Although we do not expect that there will be significant impact to our operation, there may be periods where garage parking access may be limited and there will be periods of construction and building-noise as well as dust/debris related to the Garage Maintenance project.


We are actively assessing the impact of Hurricane Ian in our Florida properties. Please be aware that the impact of the storm may affect your ability to travel to this location.


Please be advised that masks will be required at all indoor locations within the city of Daytona Beach when social distancing is not possible.


Please be advised that effective on January 1, 2020, the Daytona Beach Regency will no longer be providing Complimentary Mid-Stay Housekeeping Service (changing linen, towels, refresh of in-suite amenities, general cleaning, etc.). Please note that, if a reservation is longer than 14 nights, light Housekeeping Services will be provided after the eighth day and every eighth day thereafter for multiple week reservations.


ADA Construction work to the common areas of the resort will begin September 2021 and continue throughout the year. Guests should be aware that construction noise may be present between the hours of 10am-6pm daily. Areas of the resort may be closed during this time to include resort amenities. We suggest that guests contact the resort at 386.255.0251 for details of any specific closures during the time their stay.

Parking is limited and is restricted to one vehicle per accommodation. Any additional vehicles, oversize vehicles, recreational vehicles or trailers are required to park off property. Front Desk can provide alternate parking locations and rates. Visitors of guests must register with the Front Desk in advance and offsite parking for visitors may be required.
