From the dates of February 3rd to April 3rd, the Cancun Main Drive will be under construction to make way for a beautiful new water feature. During this time, the main entrance will be open and plenty of parking will be available.

Starting November 1st the front pool at the Cancun will be closed for the season. The back pool and slides will be open depending on weather.

Member Day-use reservations will not be honored at the Cancun Resort Las Vegas from May 23, 2019-September 2, 2019, due to high occupancy. If you have any questions or would like to book your Day-Use reservation outside of this time period, please contact the Member Reservations department. Please note: all Day-Use reservations must be booked in advance, we will not honor walk ins!

Each day new wristbands will be distributed in a different color to differentiate between days. Should it break or get lost, simply show your room key to the attendant for a replacement band. Additionally, we are pleased to offer 2 towels per person/per day for use at the pool. Beginning January 7, 2019 through March 31, 2019, our lobby will be closed for remodeling. All services will be available during the remodel, in alternate locations. The front desk will still be available 24 hours per day, and the hours of operation for our VIP check in and concierge team will not change. We will have signage and team members available to direct you to the new arrival area.

Required Pool Notice - Please note: the daily pool access wristbands will only be issued to registered guests. Please be advised that maximum room occupancy is as follows; 1 bedroom up to 4 guests, 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom deluxe are up to 6 guests. Only registered guests of the resort will be allowed access to the pool and we cannot accommodate pool parties.
