Renovation of Suites and Corridors
A renovation project of all Suites and corridors at The Cove on Ormond Beach is scheduled for June 1, 2023, with an anticipated end date of December 18, 2023. During the renovation, there will be limited parking, minor delays in elevator use and possible obstructed views due to lifts and cranes being used to move materials up and down the exterior of the building. Additionally, we anticipate increased noise levels associated with the construction occurring daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we thank you for your understanding.
Exterior Painting
Exterior painting of The Cove on Ormond Beach’s North and South Towers is scheduled to begin July 24, 2023, with an anticipated completion date in mid-October 2023. Balcony use will be impacted during this time, and some Guests may not have balcony access for up to 48 hours. Painting will occur daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
