Day Use Notice

Access to the Member Lounge is provided for Members with reservations at this resort.  For those without a reservation, day access is based on availability and must be requested in advance. Guide and Service Animals
No animals, except certified medical assistance, signal and service animal may be brought onto the resort without proper certification that falls under British Columbia’s Guide Dog and Service Dog Act. If your dog is an ‘emotional support dog' or 'therapy dog’ this does not fall under the BC’s Guide Dog and Service Dog Act. This means you may be refused at check-in. To avoid any offense or stress make sure prior to arrival that all documentation is in accordance with the BC’s Guide Dog and Service Dog Act as certification will be asked upon check-in. Renovations Notice January-May 2022
Please note that all our Vacation Homes on the 30th floor will be undergoing renovations during the following period: From January 9th, 2022 to May 28th, 2022 Members and guests might experience noise during working hours from 8am to 6pm. Also, please note that there will be some heavy drilling and jackhammering which will occur on weekdays between 12pm and 4 pm during the first two weeks of renovations (from January 9th to January 20th, 2022).

Information About COVID-19 Vaccinations

Certain destinations may require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for access to local restaurants, tourist spots and on-site amenities, such as gyms and other common areas. Additional local restrictions regarding capacity and crowd size may also be enforced. As this is an evolving situation, we highly recommend you become familiar with all applicable health and government mandates before you travel to understand any requirements or restrictions that may affect your vacation experience.

We ask that Owners and Guests follow local and other applicable regulations as it relates to the use of face coverings and other health requirements.

Vaccine Requirements for Canadian Travel

Effective October 30, 2021, travelers 12 years of age and older, flying on domestic, trans border, or international flights departing from Canadian airports, rail passengers on VIA Rail and Rocky Mountaineer trains, or marine passengers, such as cruise ships on voyages of 24 hours or more, will need to qualify as a fully vaccinated traveler in order to board. Travelers who are in process of being vaccinated will be able to travel if they can show a valid COVID-19 molecular test within 72 hours of travel. By November 30, negative COVID-19 test results will not be accepted as an alternative. Until February 28, 2022, unvaccinated foreign nationals who live outside of Canada and entered Canada prior to October 30 will be able to board a flight departing from Canada if proof of a valid COVID-19 test result is shown at the time of travel.
