Ground Floor (Accessible) Accommodations Limited May 17 through July 01
From May 17 through July 01, we will have limited ground floor units available, as we are upgrading our accessible accommodations. If an ADA unit is needed during this time, please contact us at 407-597-2700, and we will provide necessary accommodations. We thank you for your understanding, and apologize for any inconvenience.

Coronavirus (Covid-19) : Amenities/Services Hours and Social Distancing
We are pleased to announce that regular hours are in operation for all amenities at the resort. However, social distancing mesaures are still in place which may impact on the numbers able to use facilities at any one time.

Access to Suites Required by Staff on June 28

Starting Monday, June 28, we will be replacing our phone system throughout the resort. As a result, our security team, with the contractor, will need access to your suite for a brief moment during your stay to replace the existing phone.

It will not be necessary for you to be in the unit.

We will be starting this work after 10:00AM. It is our goal to limit the impact to your stay as much as possible.

We ask for your understanding as this replacement is required and therefore we must complete them during your stay. Please do not leave your Do Not Disturb sign on your door if you are not in the suite. When our team reaches your floor, if there is a Do Not Disturb on display we will make one attempt to contact you prior to entering.
